Instructor Checklist

This report is intended to help you keep track of whether you have confirmed the location and the instructor for a class. Both of these items are on the checklist for the Action Items report. When you have confirmed an instructor, you can record it using the Instructor Checklist report:

 

  1. Click CLASS INFO,  Instructor Checklist.

  2. Identify which classes to include in the instructor confirmation screen by entering a range of dates and (optionally) a catalog.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Review the list of classes and check the “Instructor confirmed” box as applicable.

  5. Click Submit when you’re ready to record the new confirmation information.
