Note: If an instructor does not have an e-mail address, or if an administrator user has selected No for the Allow E-mail to Students field in the instructor profile, the instructor will not be able to e-mail students using Lumens.

When an Instructor signs in, the system allows them access to the following three features: Profile, Past Rosters and Future Rosters.
Instructor Profile allows them to edit their profile (but not their biographies) and view their earnings and payments.
Instructor Rosters display a list of completed and current classes, from which they may view and print Instructor Rosters and e-mail students registered in each class. Instructor Roster also displays a list of classes that have not yet started, from which they may view and print Instructor Rosters and e-mail students registered in each class.
