DEFINITION: This event will provide student information for those students who are registered in a Course Series Component Class, regardless of whether they have registered in the Course Series or not.
THIS REPORT SHOWS:
The list of students registered in a Course Series component Class.
1. Select REPORTS/catalog mgmt.
2. Click on Run link given against Course Series Participants tab. It displays the Report Filter screen for Course Series Participants.
3. Enter the report search criteria and select the View Classes button.
4. This page consists of the list of course series with Course Series Code and Name, Start Date, and Number of Students details. You
need to check the box against the required course series to view the report. Select the Run Report button. The report can be viewed in
different format by selecting an output type from the drop down menu of View Report As field. This will display the report as given below.
