Classes without Rooms

If, when a class was created, the user selected No on the Assign room now? field, it will not have a room assigned to it. The Classes w/o rooms function allows you to assign these classes to rooms. Classes who have had reservations cancelled also appear on this list.

To assign a room to a class without a room:

1. Click ROOM MANAGEMENT,  classes w/o rooms.

2. Search the list for the class that you want to assign to a room.

3. Click the Search for a room action link.

4. Choose a room for the class from the list of rooms generated by the room search.
