Catalog Requestor Profiles

Catalog Requestor Profiles are created when a guest user in Lumens requests a catalog. The information they enter is recorded in Lumens for use in the Catalog Mailing List report and may be edited, converted to a student profile or deleted.

 

  1. Select STUDENTS, catalog requestors.

  2. View the Catalog Requestors Search screen.

  3. Enter information into the fields to search for a Catalog Requestor.

 

 

  1. Click Submit.

 

Defining Terms

  • If there are multiple matches to the search criteria, then Lumens will display the Catalog Requestor Search Results screen. If there is a single match to the search criteria, then Lumens will display the Catalog Requestor Profile screen. From these screens, Staff Members may perform the following actions:

  • Edit - Allows a Staff Member to make changes to a profile.  This link will return the Edit Catalog Requestor Profile screen.

  • Convert - Allows a Staff Member to convert a Catalog Requestor Profile to a regular Student Profile.  Lumens will return the Add Student screen with the values from the Catalog Requestor Profile pre-populated in the corresponding fields.  The Staff Members must complete the remaining required fields.

  • Delete - Allows a Staff Member to delete the Catalog Requestor Profile from Lumens.
