Add and Edit Funding Organization Funds

Screen Steps

  1. Select Contract Training>Funding Organizations.

  2. Choose View Funds from the Funding Organization screen page.

  3. Select the Add link represented in the upper right corner of the screen page.

 

 

  1. In the Add Fund screen page that pops-up, Fill up the following details including;

  1. Edit any required information by selecting the Edit Fund option inside the select column next to the fund that the user need to edit.

  2. Once done, click Submit.  

 

 

Definition of Terms

  • Enter the name in the Name text field in the Add Fund screen page.

  • Select the start date for the fund in the Fund Start Date field.

  • The end date corresponding to the start date has to be entered in the Fund End Date field.

  • The total amount of fund has to be entered in the Fund Amount text field.

  • Contact field is comprised of funding  organization contact having an active status.

  • Enter a numeric accounting code having standard limits in the Accounting Code text field.
