Vendor Information

DESCRIPTION:  This report summarizes the vendor information assigned under a contract.

THIS REPORT SHOWS:

• Vendor Name, ID, Address, Phone, Contact Name, Contact Title and E-mail.
• Contract Name and Number.
• Contract Items.
• Costs.

1.    Select REPORTS/contract training.

2.    Click on Run link given against Vendor Information tab. It returns the Report Filter screen.

3.    Enter the report search criteria and the output type in the View Report As field and select the Run Report button. It returns the report in

       the selected output type.
