Staff Roster

DEFINITION: This report displays class information, student name, phone, and e-mail along with class receipts to the staff only.

 

THIS REPORT SHOWS:

 

      1.  Select REPORTS/Class Management.

 

           

 

      2.  Click on Run link given against Staff Roster tab.

 

           

      

      3.  After entering search criteria, the user clicks the View Classes button.

 

           

 

      4.  A list of Class Name with instructor and start date is displayed. Click on Run Report button.

 

           

 

      5.  There are hover text to explain how each total has been calculated.

 

           

 

    

 

Note: An asterisk is placed next to each student name that is enrolled in the course series when a user produces a roster (of any kind) for a course series component class. Just like that, a hash (#) is placed next to each student name that is enrolled in the certificate.
