 Room Setup

DEFINITION: Room Setup report displays classroom schedules and room setup instruction for only those classes and externally reserved events that have room setup instructions. This report is good to inform maintenance personnel of the coming events.

THIS REPORT SHOWS:

• Class information that is scheduled to occupy the room, which includes enrollment
• Location of the room

Click Run Report and the Room Setup Results will appear.
