Registration Statistics

DEFINITION: Registration Statistics report displays a summary registration for open enrollment classes. A Class Type filter is available on the Registration Statistics report enabling you to include or exclude online classes from the report.

THIS REPORT SHOWS:

• View summary registration information for open enrollment classes
• Good for tracking External registrations verses Staff registrations in evaluating how well do you market classes?
• Chart available
• Shows 'Total amount of class fees paid - made up only of tuition minus course level discounts
• Calculations does not include material fees, or service fees charged when someone cancels
• Calculations does not include any misc charges, misc. credits, or promotion discounts - since these do not apply to a specific class (these figures apply to an overall transactions and do not affect Course/Class fees)

          1.  Select REPORTS/marketing.

          2.  Click Run/Schedule link given against the Registration Statistics.

          3.  In View Report As, choose Chart, PDF or HTML and click Run Report after filling the search criteria. Registration Statistics Results

               will appear.
