DEFINITION: Instructor Mailing List displays a list of instructor information.
THIS REPORT SHOWS:
This report provides fields of information on instructors beyond the scope of just a mailing list. Should you want this report exclusively as a mailing list, it can be altered or customized by going to the Edit section in the Report Filter and select or de-select any field. We can retrieve a list of all active instructors regardless of whether they have a currently active class.
1. Select REPORTS/catalog mgmt.
2. Select Run/Schedule link given against Instructor Mailing List under catalog mgmt.
3. Either don't select any criteria when running the report, or select a single instructor. Leaving the Category, Class Start Date and Term
blank will allow you to get a complete listing of active instructors. It allows you to pull an unfiltered list of instructors. You may run the
report and return a record for each instructor, whether they have a current class or not, or regardless of the instructor's status in Lumens.
Below given is the list of all active instructors regardless of whether they have a currently active class as shown below.
