The Document Archives is storage for all saved proposal and contract PDFs. You will be able to View and Print these documents in this mode and Upload PDF Document.

Common Uses for Upload PDF Document

1. Signatures to Contracts are commonly scanned and uploaded into the Document Archives for storage and reference.

2. PDFs created in the Lumens software program can be saved into the users computer.

3. PDFs created in the Lumens software program can also be e-mailed from this mode as seen below.
