Contact Management

DEFINITION: Contact Management report displays contacts recorded within the contact management feature. This report is concise and shows contact information for a company.

REPORT FILTER INFORMATION:

• Contact Record Date Range on or After and Contact Record Date Range on or Before - are the date or date range, in which the transaction occurred.

OR

• Contact Recorded On - If you have placed a date in the above field, then this field request is not necessary. By clicking the down-arrow you can choose from the following:

• Yesterday

• This Week

• Last Week

• This Month

• Last Month

• Staff Member and Company can also be selected for more specification.

Click Run Report.
