Class Capacity

DEFINITION: Class Capacity report displays a list of enrollment figures for non-cancelled classes. This report is useful in deciding whether to run a class or not, it provides Enrollment numbers.

THIS REPORT SHOWS:

This report is intended to show the status on the class to see if the class did well or met adequate criteria for the determination of offering it again. Key fields to look at in this report is the seat count, Number of Registrations, and the Class Status. In the Class Status field, check the class to see if it is cancelled or active.  If cancelled the Number of Registrations should reflect zero.

Enter date preference and click Run Report.
