Charges with a Balance

DEFINITION - The Charges with a Balance report displays details of all charges made that include account names, charge balances, dates, and possible invoices and PO/Vouchers associated with the charges.

Click Run Report and a screen similar to the one below will appear.

Note:   For Charges assigned to a Funding Source and allocated to a Payment Period, Lumens will not return information about the charge unless the system date is equal to or later than the Payment Period Due Date.
