DEFINITION: The Accounts Receivable report allows a Staff Member to export Accounts Receivable information in a format that may be uploaded to QuickBooks.

THIS REPORT SHOWS

• Shows detailed information about students and the type of transactions made to their account.

• The software program will automatically look for the QuickBooks link however, the data can also transfer into an Excel spreadsheet, as seen below.
