Enabling the Accounting Code Settings for Certificates

1.  Select SYSTEM OPTIONS/Financial Policies. It will return the Financial

     Policies screen.

2.  You can find the Accounting Codes are used for section along with many

     options to select from. To enable the accounting codes settings for the

     certificates, click on the check box of the Certificates option.

3.  Click on the Submit button to complete the process. This displays the

     message "Financial Policies have been updated". You can return to the

     financial policies page from here using Back to Financial Polices link.

4.  While adding a new certificate, it will ask you to enter an accounting code,

     only if the Accounting Code Setting is enabled.
