Adding Custom Fields to the Certificates

1.  Select SYSTEM OPTIONS/optional field setup. It will return the Setup

     Optional Fields screen.

2.  Select the Go To Custom Fields link. Lumens will return the Setup

     Optional Fields screen.

3.  Select the Add Custom Field link. Lumens will return the Update Custom

     Field screen.

4.  You can see the Custom Field applies to: field. Select Certificates option

     from the drop down menu.

5.  There are two more required fields in this page: Label and Form Field

     Type. There are no default values for the Label field. For Form Field Type

     field, there are 4 options in a drop down menu: Multi-select box, Radio,

     Select Box, Text.

6.  Make the required changes and click on Save button. Lumens will return

     the Setup Optional Fields screen, displaying a new Certificates section,

     displaying in the same layout as the other sections, with the details of the

     new fields listed in the appropriate columns.
