View Financial Aid

Each time a student's Financial Aid is updated, the record is archived with the date the change was made so that staff can review at a later date.  The CURRENT assignment is on top and has an Edit link available.

1. Click PROGRAMS, financial aid.

2. Enter the last name in the text box and click Search.

3. Click View.

    4.  Click View.

Each time the Funding Sources are edited and allocated to the Payment Periods, a new record is archived and ready to view.   The Assignment Status will either read Archived or Current.
