Extract Balance in Funding Source

1. Click PROGRAMS, funding sources.

     2.  Click Extract Balance.

The Extract lists each student account that is scheduled to receive payment. If Funding Source has requirements regarding a minimum GPA or minimum Attendance, the Balance Extract provides that information for each student.  Funding Source Balances are extracted based on Due Date Range or based on a Payment Period.
