1. Click FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, A/R mgmt.
2. Type in the company in the Account Name text box.
3. Click Invoices which is located at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click SEARCH.
5. Scroll to find account name (however, this process is not the quickest way to search for an account).
6. Click the drop-down arrows to select Invoice.
7. Once the Company is selected, the process of creating an invoice can commence.
8. Click Add New Invoice.
9. In this mode, you can search for Registrations, Search for Transaction, or Search for Contracts as seen on the screen.
One transaction can have many registrations
Registrations are classes
Transactions are the method of payment and date in which the classes are paid.
10. Click Search and a list of registrations will appear for the Account Name listed.
11. Click Search and a list of transactions will appear for the Account Name listed.
12. Click the boxes you want to appear on the invoice. Because the Registration and Transactions screens are so similar, we will
use transactions for the purposes of showing how an invoice is created.
13. Click the drop-down arrow in the Use Invoice Type and select a template for the invoice. You may change the dates and a
memo.
14. Click Submit.
15. Change the file name and click Submit.
16. The transaction will appear in a similar screen as seen below.
Funding Source AR accounts will be included to the current Accounts Receivable functionality so that Staff may create invoices, record payments, view activity and edit funding source profiles.
Click Financial Management > A/R Management.
