Edit a Registration

  1. Select REGISTRATION, Student Management or STUDENTS, Student Management.

  2. Type in last name or a part of the last name and part of first name, click Search.

  3. Find the name, click arrow in drop-down box.

  4. Click Edit.

 

 

          A student can access their Profile and edit information. Staff can access information through this page.

 

 

 

 

 

Note

  • No User-name field for Students would be displayed that already have e-mail address as their user-name where as additional validations will be performed when the e-mail field is edited.

  • Lumens will provide an option to make e-mail as user-name for Students whose e-mail address is not equal to Username. The validations will be also performed accordingly.

 

 

Note

A create password link would be sent to the user for setting up a new password whenever the profile has an e-mail address entered once the staff members creates a profile. Lumens will however prompt users for resetting their password for first time login on the site whenever the profile does not have an e-mail address entered.
