Definition: Pre-Proposals allow users to connect a Company to a Fund and designate the Training Types that the Fund is intended to pay.

Definition of Terms

Fund Name: This field displays all the listed fund names.

Training Type:  It is a multi-select list comprised of all the listed training types.

Project Start Date: The start date of the project has to be entered in this field.

Company: Displays the company names included.

Status: It displays the status either as Active or Closed.

Salesperson: This field displays all the assigned company contacts in the pre-proposal.

Project End Date: The date at which the project terminates has to be entered in this field.

Search: User can enter the search requirements and then click on the Search button.

Cancel: Clicking Cancel button will clear the Search fields.

 

 

 

 

Note:

  • Edits can be performed if any in the Edit Pre-proposal screen upon choosing the Edit option from the Select column. Make the required changes and then click on the Submit button.

  • A pre-proposal can be converted to a proposal by opting for the Convert option in the Select column. User enters the necessary changes and clicks the Submit button. Once the new proposal is saved in to the database, the status of the selected pre-proposal will be converted to Closed.

  • Similarly user can perform functions such as Clone, Inactivate and View Pre-proposal by choosing the respective functions from the Select column.
