Funding Sources | Financial Management

 

  1. Click Financial Management > Funding Sources.

 

 

  1. Click on the Add link.

 

 

 

  1. Click Edit for modifying information of a specific funding source name page.

 

 

Definition of Terms

 

Select: Choosing the radio button under the Select column provide members the ability to choose one among the following options

 which includes;

  • Edit

  • View Activity

  • Invoices

  • Payment

  • Charges

  • Credit Memos

  • Doc Archives

  • Inactivate/Reactivate/Delete                                                   

 

Funding Source Name: It is the name given for the funding source.

 

Status: Members can check whether a funding source is active or not with the Status option.

 

Current Liability Balance: It displays the unpaid balance of the Funding Source A/R Account.
