Doc Archive

• Click FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, A/R mgmt.

• Type in the company in the Account Name text box.

• Click Doc Archives which is located at the bottom of the screen.

OR

• Click SEARCH

• Scroll to find account name (however, this process is not the quickest way to search for an account)

• Click the drop-down arrows to select Doc Archive.

• Listed in the screen below are all the archive documents for the Company named.  You will be able to View, Print, or Email the archive document.
