Contract Fund Usage

Definition: Contract Fund Usage report provides staff members with a detailed breakout of pre-proposals, proposals and contracts activity for each unique fund. The most important being the amount charged and uncharged for the pre-proposals, proposals and contracts.

Screen Steps

Click Reports > Contract Training.
From the list of Contract Training Reports, locate Contract Fund Usage.
Select Run/Schedule link.

Definition of Terms

Fund Start Date On or After: It displays the start date on or after in the funding organization.

Fund Start Date On or Before: It displays the period up to which the user needs the breakout details of the pre-proposals, proposals and contract activity.

Funding Organization: This field displays all the listed funding organizations in the alphabetical order.

Fund Names: It includes fund names added towards the selected funding organization.

Company: This field will displays the list of companies having an active status.

Salesperson:This field includes members selected in salesperson field for any proposal or contract in Lumens.

Necessary fields would be filled and click on View Contracts.

Click Run Report.
