ROOM MANAGEMENT | Confirmation Reservation

Confirm Reservations

To access a list of unconfirmed room reservations:

 

  1. Click ROOM MANAGEMENT, confirm reservations.

  2. Fill in a date range.

  3. Click Submit.

 

 

The Unconfirmed Room Reservations screen displays  the unconfirmed reservations by date and time. If you want to order the reservations by location name, click the white arrow next to the Location/ Room Name column heading. To reorder the list by date and time, click the white arrow next to the Reservation column heading.

 

 

To confirm the reservation for the room for a meeting or class:

 

  1. Click the Confirm reservation action link.

  2. The Confirm Room Reservation screen displays the information for the class meeting / event. Choose to confirm the reservation for all meetings, or just one meeting.

  3. Click Submit.

 

 

One-time events do not have the Confirm the reservations for all meetings of this class at this location option. If you confirm the reservation for all meeting times, all reservations for the class will be removed from the ‘Unconfirmed Reservations’ screen. If you choose to confirm one meeting time of the class, all other meeting times will remain on the Unconfirmed Reservations list until they are confirmed.

 

 

To generate a room reservation request for the room reservation:

 

  1. Click the Generate Request action link on the Unconfirmed Room Reservations page.

  2. The Generate Request for Room Reservation screen displays information for the class meeting/ event. Choose to request a reservation for all meetings, or just one meeting.

  3. Click Submit.

 

 

If the room has an e-mail contact you can select whether you want to e-mail the reservation request to the room contact person, or print out a hard copy.
