This report is intended to help you keep track of the location and the instructor that need to be contacted when you confirm or cancel a class. Additionally, for cancelled classes, this report will identify those students who have registered for the cancelled class. Use this report as a worksheet to follow up and record the transfer or refund disposition for the cancelled class.
Click CLASS INFO - action items.
Review the list of confirmed and cancelled classes. Click View Checklist to display information regarding the class.
Click Clear Checklist to remove the checklist from this report. If not cleared, a checklist will remain 60 days after the class has completed.
Click E-mail Students to see a list of students who have registered for the class. The E-mail Students link brings you to the ‘Send E-mail to Students’ screen.
